Seeing the doctors is always a 5 star experience, but staff not so much. Every single time I have issues of getting my lab print out. Last time I took the day off and drove from Visalia and wasn't able to see the doctor because staff took my email down wrong and Dr won't see you unless you watch a seminar sent to your email address.

Worst Customer Service it took me 1 week to get an appointment thru Lorena with prenatal to start my OB visits when they had my pregnancy medical records in file and she didn't even made the appointments she had me transfer to someone else! for a week everyday I would call and they would transfer me from one line to another saying Lorena has to schedule me the appts in order to start the process. can't wait to see how the appointments are going to be like !!! she was so rude and everyone who she transfer me except a few.

If you are seeking psychiatric help I highly urge you to look elsewhere. I’ve never had a psychiatrist and staff willing to lie and manipulate mental patients into forcing them out of their care over a basic miscommunication. This is place is a real danger for the psychiatric community and anyone who wants real help, It’s absolutely appalling.

Every time when I’m here for an appointment the wait is always long. I’ve thought coming ten minute early would be a good idea so I could get checked in faster but that was wrong I still waited in the waiting room for 45 minute and when They actually get me a room I still waited another 40-50 minute!! I’ve never been to a clinic office that makes people wait this long. I believe a clinic should make a patient wait for no longer than 15 minute in the room. This is really bad service. All employees and doctor are nice and friendly but they make you wait too long. I’m not from handford So I have to travel back home. Everyone has things to do. It would be nice if they would change things up a little bit so there won’t be such bad reviews about this medical office.

Worst customer service Worst answering service an appointment setters also staff members at the clinic doctors need to treat patients with respect they take too damn long to attend somebody and the facility is very old needs to be remodeled or upgraded it smells bad in there and it’s to be super clean and disinfect smells like mold
