I would highly recommend not buying from this company!! You can find almost all of their clothes other websites for cheaper and won’t get ripped off on shipping and returns. I ordered a dress from them and it arrived and was transparent and the wrong size and I needed to return it. When I went to return it I was told I would pay for my own return so I was then out $20 on shipping alone for a dress that was bad quality. Customer service was unresponsive. Avoid.
Very clean and organized, you can tell the employs care allot about there products and building. Also, cute stuff!! It changes allot with the season so there's always something new!
I got some clothes at the AF store. When I got home I noticed it had rust stains on it. I went back to see if I could exchange it or get in store credit. All the other jumpers like it also had stains. The manager said I couldn’t get in store credit cause I bought it on sale. No one told me I couldn’t exchange it when I bought it. The sales person there was helpful and wanted to make it right but the manager said no. Very unhappy.
Decent customer service seems almost like a super power these days. Today Bella Ella went above and beyond to help me with a purchase. They tracked down a dress for me, and an employee drove it to a location closest to my home. Who does that? The employees are helpful, friendly, and down-to-earth. Super refreshing. Would highly recommend. Cute selection of modest and trendy clothes, and fantastic staff.
I love this store. The employees here are great and knowledgeable. They really know how to help me fix up my bland style and know exactly what I’m looking for, just by me saying a few words. I am so glad that true customer service hasn’t quite died yet.
