I have got to say that Russ Morgan is one of the most unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with in my life and he is a crook. We purchased a forced air heater from him almost one year ago and he charged us for a piece of the equipment that we did not need so we returned it to him and he claimed that the manufacturer had to return our money in the amount of $500. As I mentioned that was almost a year ago and after multiple phone calls and more patience than I should have EVER had, we have never received our money back. He continues to “forget” to call them and although I paid him for the merchandise, he claims it’s the manufacturer that owes me the money not him.nNow it’s time to get my Lawyer involved!!nI STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I recently rented from Russ and it was quite a good experience. Because of some downtown reconstruction project, he has moved to North side of Livermore. Make sure you confirm what you are expecting a day before just to make sure you both are on same page. Other than that it's a no frill rental place.

Don't ever give them your credit card info to reserve. When you find the item is completely wrong and no use and you don't rent it, they will still charge you. Use them at your own risk.

Oh no. Do not use this place. They over-promise and under-deliver. The worst customer service. They lie and do not refund money. They bring the wrong products at the wrong time. Filthy supplies that we had to clean. They have multiple complaints from their own employees who got stiffed by Russ, the owner. This place is shady. STAY AWAY!!! I warn you.

Russ is my hero! Thanks for helping me fix a potential problem I had with a mistake made by my venue. They could not get me what I needed - BUT YOU DID! The beautiful black linen absolutely made my event. Thanks for coming through for me in the last hour! Christina was so helpful when I called and right on when it came to customer service!
