Being left on hold is annoying as is but then your drivers going to the wrong location to find you.nnOh but how my favorite part is the driver was expressing his political views with me. I'm sorry but I don't wanna talk about politics because it's unprofessional.

I’d give less stars if possible. Every review is true. Rude, condescending and they never answer or remember what time you booked. Pathetic. Deano is a good person, Lynn as well. Kind drivers.

I realize that your company is the only taxi service that ozaukee county have. There is no reason however to be rude to your riders especially when most are physically and mentally challenged. Most of your drivers need to retire from driving and being around people period. One day someone will take that contract away from your company.

A really poor service as far as public transportation goes. Stood outside my apartment building in the rain from 5pm-5:20pm for a driver that was supposedly there to pick me up at 5pm. Called to see where the driver was only to be put on hold multiple times to hear the operator try to tell me that the driver was already there and didn’t see me or couldn’t find me. Rideshare has always called and left automated messages to confirm pick up times and locations, as well as calling you if the driver cannot find you. According to Rideshare’s operators, they do still call the customer and they don’t anymore depending on which operator you talk to. If you no show on one ride for the day they cancel all your days rides even if you call right after your scheduled ride to find out why nobody came to pick you up. Is this a business or a way to punish people? This has to be a county run business because it runs like a complete free for all. Called to get a driver’s name to leave a complaint and the operator tried giving me the driver’s nickname... yea, real professional. Operator then told me his name was Mark only at the end of the phone call he told me his name was Mike. Not sure how you forget your own name? If you use this service, which is the only form of public transportation in this county, this is what you can expect to deal with on a regular basis. Obviously if your using this service you have no other choice at the time, which I guess is why no one there is held accountable, but definitely try to avoid at all costs if you can.
