I had a great experience and am so glad I found Dr. Plein! She did my Vivaer procedure and I’ve never breathed better. Very thorough, patient, and kind.nHighly recommend!

Dr. Plein did a great job fixing my broken nose. It was very crooked after an accident and she made it look as good as new. From my first consult to my last follow up, everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Thanks again Dr. Plein and all the staff at your office and the surgery center.

Great. Awesome. Fantastic. Don’t be nervous. Go with them.nnI can’t say enough about the office. From the first visit and all the way through the follow ups, the office, the staff, and the doctors have just been amazing.nnBack in November I went to the office to see if there was anything that could be done with breathing through my nose and to help me breathe better while sleeping/help stop snoring.nnWhen I arrived for my appointment, the staff was very friendly. Everyone was very nice and treated you like a person, not a number. I met with Dr. Plein. All I can say is she is just absolutely fantastic. I explained to her why I was there.nnShe used a small camera to check my nose and throat. She was able to determine a course of action that would help with my breathing and snoring. She recommended septoplasty, tonsil reduction, and possible uvula reduction. She explained why she recommended each. She was not pushy at all. She told me to think about things and if I had questions to call.nnI ultimately decided to have the septoplasty and tonsil reduction. From the first visit until the day of the surgery, I won’t lie, I was nervous. All of the times I met with Dr. Plein and the staff, everyone reassured me that everything would be good and I would feel great after surgery.nnSurgery day went and came. The septoplasty portion of the surgery wasn’t bad. I had very little pain if any. There was just more a feeling of pressure/discomfort in my nose area, and that was mostly due to the packing in my nose. I won’t lie, the throat part sucked, but I was told ahead of time it would. The first couple of days was popsicles and cold liquids.nnA quick side note. Something I have never seen before that I thought was an awesome idea, is that the doctor gives you her cell phone number. She gives you this so if you have any questions or concerns following surgery, you can contact her directly instead of playing phone tag with the office or waiting a long time for a return call.nnDuring my first follow up, the packing was removed. Wow! My nose felt immediately better and I could breathe so much better through my nose than before surgery even though things were still swollen.nnI’m just a little over one month out from surgery. All I can say I’m so very glad I had both surgeries. Breathing through my nose is like a night and day difference. Have the tonsils gone stopped my snoring.nnIf it wasn’t for how great the office, staff, and Dr. Plein were, I probably would not have had the surgeries done. If you are looking for this type of surgery, or something related to it, go with this office, you will not regret it. Someone I work with went to this office and had the same surgeries I had, plus the uvula reduction. He was just as pleased with everything just like I have been.

She recommended surgery for my daughter which I agreed needed to happen since my daughter hasn’t breathed out of her nose...ever. We agreed on protocol and left feeling good. She knew my daughter was attending college out of state and this needed to happen over Spring Break. Tried and tried to schedule surgery. Scheduler would email in the middle of the night and finally was scheduled! My daughter booked her flight around the surgery and was going to miss class...but all good. Never heard back....when I stepped in and called to get a confirmation, I was told her surgery was cancelled. Dr is taking a day off: WE WERE NEVER INFORMED! No surgery and a wasted Dr visit! Very disturbing and NOT OKAY!

My newborn had a slight tongue tie and our pediatrician recommended it get shipped. We went to Dr. Plein, who seemed nice. The paperwork took longer than the appointment with the doctor! She did not give us an actual consultation and the snip took all of 2 minutes. Insurance paid a portion of the bill, I paid my co-pay and then the office came to me for the potion insurance would not pay. I understand office needs to run like a business, but to charge so much for an appointment that lasted 5 minutes is highly unreasonable and frankly, wrong. I asked several times if they would be kind enough to write it off, they would not. They also made it seem like they couldn’t. I’ve worked in healthcare and know that they definitely could! If the doctor had actually spent time with us and given a proper consultation I would maybe have felt the charge to be justified, but that wasn’t the case. Google informed me more about tongue ties than she did! I do not recommend this practice to anyone!
