I find that the customer service is prompt and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating..

Never have the medicine ready on time as promised... Rude customer service... Never have anything in stock...overall horrible experience every time I need to refill something

Worst customer service of my life . Gave me expired medication . Overcharged me . Told me get a different medications and it's not their problem it's not on stock . Attitude entire time. Stay far away . Saturday at 12 is shift with two rude girls

Bad, Lack of respect and customer service for the CVS pharmacy team. I was feeling sick, I had a question about two types of painkillers, I stood in front of the pharmacy register I Asked for help and one of the Pharmacists sent me away to the big lines on front while I was sick buying medicines. While this happened another employee Pharmacist was on the front just chatting with a friend and didn’t bother to help me or asked another employee for assistance. If Was in front of a pharmacy asking for help is because I needed a pharmacist opinion on a medicines. They did not bother to help me when I needed.
