It's a courthouse... What's there to say? It's in good shape and always clean. Benches are hard and uncomfortable...
I called to inquire on a traffic issue and spoke to Martha. She was rude, dismissive, and inattentive and I hade to basically to interrogate her to get any useful information and I felt poorly treated
They are the worst. They are not helpful at all. I would not recommend letting your case get transferred to American Fork. I would have waited to file to keep it in Provo if I had known the nightmare it was going to be! Provo was also so nice and helpful and understanding and really wanted to help me. They dont help at all here and just say were not lawyers. Like yeah I know your not a lawyer. I am only asking what forms I need a little direction would have been nice. Provo I would give 5 stars. AF I would give none if I could.
I called in for a speeding ticket, and the woman on the other end was actually quite friendly! I wish the fine weren't so high, but, especially for a government institution, I was surprised by how well I was treated.
