We called and tried to get house insurance for our new house. We were assured that David Butler would call me back the next day. He never called. I called him three times but no response. We found out later a supervisor called my girlfriend and left a message saying they won’t cover a coastal property. They are a Rhode Island company for goodness sakes.nWell if you say you’re going call then call. If you’re a Rhode Island company then insure Rhode Island communities.nNot happy with Amica at this point in time and may actually drop my auto insurance now.

35 years ago I would say terrific, Now since 2018, I have had two years of ongoing Mistakes?????Un Fortunately, that is what is happening to me. When I didn’t need Amica, I paid my bill, for home, umbrella, and automobile. I liked you once, in fact, one of your Officer’s of the company, and a few Vice President’s have been striving to make amends for the literal lack of service. Truly, I trusted Amica, my hope is for Amica and for the future that Amica can and will once again meet the standards that was one set for Amica and perform in the exact same way. Your road side has no assistance and is beyond belief. I have been waiting nearly 18 hours waiting ... on three accounts in less than three months literally waiting Friday November 6th 2020 was absolutely Frightening, horrifying, fearing for my life as cars wiz by me during morning rush hour as I prayed for my life sitting in my car on George Washington Highway seeing Amica‘s flag pole with the American flag flying and the police in Lincoln believing you’ll be with me momentarily well that didn’t happen. 3 1/2 hours is an awful long time. I am still waiting, last conversation was interrogation between Amica Roadside Assistance and the Representative From Amica, integrated me the Customer, by asking me for times, moments, seconds regarding my phone call on Friday November 6th. The same thing happened with no assistance a few months ago no Tow Truck for NINE Ling HOURS, the need for Roadside Assistance regarding low air press last month. Three and a half hours and No Roadside Assistance. Nothing about this is nice nor is it professional, it clearly misses the mark of basic level of human performance nor human dignity of an insurance company there is no customer service from the Roadside Assistance.

Amica is one of the best insurance carriers that you can have. What makes them different is a professional level,expertise and dedication of their employees. As someone who works with different insurance carriers (for the past 16 years) I know what to look for. This is the reason that I have Amica for my auto and home for the past 7 years. Kudos to Ryan at home office !!!

I have my home and car insurance with Amica. I have been a customer for a few years now. At first their prices were competitive and reasonable.nMy homeowners insurance has more than doubled. I did have a fire in 2017 and they were wonderful and responsive. I think I may have to look around for better pricing.
