Great service and reliability, but you pay for it. Significantly more expensive than some. I am also disappointed their prices are not made public, that is not stated on their website, etc..

As a first time home owner, I called around about pricing and the girls in the office were very friendly and helpful. Within an hour, Hank came to inspect my system. A couple days later, they came out to clean my system and delivered oil. Such a smooth and easy process! :)

I Highly recommend Hank and his company. Its great to see a business that cares about customer satisfaction. It’s also great because it is a locally owned business. We had already moved to Charlotte North Carolina before closing on our house in Rhode Island. Just days before closing on our RI home we needed a propane tank installed. It was the week of Thanksgiving and our closing was the day before Thanksgiving. Hank pulled through for us and did everything possible so that we could close. Thank you Hank, his servicemen and office staff for making what could have been a disaster into a miracle adding a great sense of humor to the mix. We would give 10 stars if they were that many to give.

Transitioning to your service was seamless. Quality timely work is what everyone would hope for and we got just that! Appreciate you all for a job well done.

I am writing this review because I had a wonderful experience with T. H. Malloy Oil & Sons and want to share it with you. I live in Florida and own a large family home in Rhode Island. I sold it and was closing in a few days. I found out in the last minute I needed a gas tank on site. I called at least 20 companies and they all told me they were too busy. I was frantic. A friend told me about Malloy Oil. I called them and they transferred me to a gentleman named Hank. I explained the whole story to Hank. I could not close my house unless I had this gas tank put in and filled. I was not a customer. These people were so darn busy. It was Thanksgiving Holiday. Hank and the company went out of their way for me. Not only did they deliver the tank of gas but when they arrived my darn stoves had to be converted to propane and they converted that for me so I would pass inspection. They took care of me knowing I would not be able to find a pipe fitter during a holiday weekend. I was a new customer they did not have to do anything for me. In fact, they could of done the same as the other 20 companies and say I am too busy. Thank you Malloy from the bottom of my heart. I know if there is an emergency snow storm, or a leak you will be there for a customer. Your company has a heart of gold and you care about people.
