Sarah was the perfect solution to all of our dream honeymoon planning needs! We were very busy planning a wedding, but knew in our hearts we wanted to go to Europe for the first time and cross off our bucket list item of visitng Italy. Sarah was able to create a trip within our budget, line up the perfect itinerary that had the right mix of free time and experiences, and even met with us to calm our nerves a week before we took off for the trip of a lifetime. Sarah was easy to reach, made herself available at all times, made everything work within our budget, made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process, and provided us with plenty of recommendations for our trip in advance (we read her entire packet of information front to back multiple times!). This was our first time ever working with a travel agent, and it definitely won't be our last... but we'll only want to use Sarah! I highly recommend Krafty Travel for all our destination needs!

We planned our 5th anniversary trip to Cancun with Sarah. From the first moment to the last, every step was stress free. Sarah worked with our budget and timeline to help us create the perfect getaway. It is so wonderful to work with a professional who knows which resorts have the best quality and service. She gave us many helpful tips regarding our stay and she made herself available for all of our needs. I highly recommend working with Sarah to plan your special trip!

Sarah was simply amazing! She was so accommodating for my trip to Greece with my friends. She worked with us to find the best flights and hotels that we wanted along with staying within our budget. She was with us every step of the way and was super fast to respond to emails and texts. I cannot wait to plan my next trip with Sarah!

Sarah's help desk make the most amazing vacation to Europe. We had no worries and all the anxiety we had over choosing the wrong things went away. The trip was seamless and with five of us traveling could have gone horribly wrong. Everything was perfect except a hundred degree. Paris was wonderful but Italy was our favorite. We had no language problems due to the Monograms concierge who handled all of our travel transfers. We had lots of options for the afternoon activities and for our free day in each City.
