I got a letter to schedule an appointment ~1 week ago. I've called 4x to try and schedule, and each time it has gone to voicemail. I have gotten 2 calls back at 4:30pm (which I've missed due to work calls)... and that is presumably right before they leave for the day, because EVERY TIME I call back, I get another voicemail. It's a circus trying to set an appointment, but Pianka is a great Doctor.
