Dr. Pianka has been my doc for about twenty years. During that time he has gone above and beyond numerous times when I was in desperate need for help. He listens to me and truly cares about my well-being and I’m so grateful for his expertise and kind heart. There’s been times I’ve thought “I don’t know what I would have done without his help!”nThe team at University Gastroenterology are the best of the best and I recommend anyone in need of care to them.

My experience at University Gastro was excellent. Dr Pianka takes the time to thoroughly explain what is happening in my body and the course of actions. He makes sure I fully understand treatments along with benefit and possible downsides. He also invites questions.nDr Pianka makes visits personal and I feel he has spent the time preparing for the visit before hand.

I had a colonoscopy with Dr. McMahon at The Portsmouth location. I ended up in excruciating pain for 2 1/2 hours after I got home. I am 78 years old and have had several colonoscopies. None of them were painful. 2 days after the procedure my bottom and lower abdomen still hurt. No friend who had a colonoscopy reported pain and aftermath like I had from this procedure. Beware of this doctor at this practice.

I highly recommend this practice.....Dr. Nadimpalli takes the time to answer all my questions and is never rushed. I am confident with his knowledge above all else. I had an important question to ask him yesterday and he got back to me within 3 minutes to set my mind at ease about an upcoming surgery. Staff are also perfection in my opinion.
