I can't even believe these reviews! What? I have been doing shipping (and receiving) both personally and for my business for 14 years and never had an issue. Rick and Tom are the best-Tom always gives out little treats and I have never seen him without a smile. I was in Providence for a couple years and what a zoo. You want to experience rude and callous? I am happy to be back in Bristol where they make my job so much easier. Items I received through USPS were always on time and intact. Can't say that for other carriers.

I just saw a video with this post office. They were rude and nasty. A couple of journalists come in the post office. They were friendly and very polite to you guys. On the other hand, the post office were rude and very aggressive. On top of this the employees called a false police report on the journalists. Some bad people in this post office need to go !!!! Your job is part to be friendly and polite. Your post office is far from it. The other thing I forgot to write is filming is 100 % legal and get over it. There cameras everywhere !!!

In the last year I have had 4 packages say “delivered” that were not. Every time I called the USPS in Bristol I was told they would contact the deliverer. “Well the deliverer says he put it in your mailbox or the stairway (?! Why when I have a mailbox!!!!) - I’ll send someone out to look around”. (Btw- my mailbox is a locked box that only I and the post office have a copy to). Thanks, but that’s a waste of time since it’s not in my mailbox where it belongs and why would it be in a stairway?! Amazon and eBay didn’t have an option for insurance on the packages and never having an issue before I didn’t think twice. But when the tracking says delivered - EVEN WHEN IT IS NOT- there’s not a thing you can do. This coming Thursday and Friday are services for my younger cousin who unexpectedly passed away last week. I went on Amazon and bought Oakland Raiders earrings to wear to his services. Tracking says delivered- no package in my mailbox- other mail is there though. This is it- I will NEVER have anything delivered to my address again using USPS. Wonder who’s enjoying the things I paid for....
