This was my first custom jewelry experience and it was awesome! Klaus was very responsive and offered suggestions and alternatives which I really appreciated. I never felt any kind of lag in the process either; it was so smooth! The entire project timeline from setting up an appointment to receiving the finished product also exceeded my expectations. I had heard from friends that À Jour was top notch which is why I went. Now I know firsthand myself and hope to engage Klaus and his craftsmen again in the future! Oh, I almost forgot... the piece of jewelry is stunning and of great quality. Excellent!

If you are looking for a master jeweler then look no further. After a solid recommendation from a friend, we went to Klaus to design a one of a kind engagement ring. Klaus was very informative and very helpful throughout the whole process of choosing a stone and the custom design of the setting. The quality of the final product is amazing as expected. Very impressed with the quality of service at this shop. I was able to make an immediate appointment and my ring was repaired very quickly and as promised. The shop is immaculate and all Covid precautions were in place and closely followed. Klaus is a joy to talk to obviously a very talented jeweler. Will be back for sure!

Had an engagement ring sized. It was several sizes too big and was told it may be hard to make it round. Not only is it perfectly round but it also fits perfectly! Highly recommend this business to handle your jewelry needs.
