Wonderful experience purchasing an Omega watch from Gray Jewelers. Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. And their prices are competitive with any on-line seller. I researched a particular watch before I went to Gray's and I can tell you that you will not find better value anywhere. Their price was just as good as any 'gray-market' watch I found. I will never buy another watch anyplace else. Gray's is the reason why we have to save our small businesses.
Nicest guy. Professional and friendly. They know the jewelry business. They have beautiful watches, some high end brands and they sell rings. So much of a variety of beautiful rings. I go there to have pieces revived from bands new new watches it have my batteries changed (I have 9 watches). Always very helpful. It reminds me of how shops were when I was a kid; family run, good service, dressed respectfully, helpful. If I can ever afford a good watch, here is where I'll go!

These gentlemen simply know watches, sales and service. Brilliant repairs, no b-s, and always priced reasonably. We save all our watch repairs, battery changes and jewelry repairs to take here whenever we arrive from our home in Texas. Their watch collection and jewelry offering is second to none. A real gem. (Pun intended.)
