Pay window was fairly unpleasant. Concrete dripped on my car and damaged my paint. But the best part --- they sent a collection letter a month later for 2x my parking fees. I know it's 2x, because I have my receipt from when I paid in full upon exiting the lot. What a bunch of clowns

There are 3 entrances. Make sure you enter the entrance on the far right. I accidentally entered the middle one and it was barred. (turned out it was only for people with permits.) I had to back out (uphill on a curved road with in a tight space!) Some employee came out to see what was going on and refused to help me. Fortunately I made it out without denting my car, but I should have called the police for help.Needless to say, I'll never use this parking lot again.

When you pay to get out, the machine won't work sometimes. They don't service it or empty the money when they need to. There were angry people and a line of 11 cars behind me.
