The clerks are SO RUDE! They have no customer service skills , no one greets you. They act like they hate there job! I WILL NEVER go there again!!!

After I receive a text alert about my tracking, being available to pick up My package I went to this post office to pick up my package. Upon arrival I was told I was not able to pick it up because they don’t do that here. The lady at the front Desk, her name was Denise and she was very unpleasant. So I called the 800 number and I was told by the agent that my package was there and was available to pick up. This package happen to be a birthday gift that is now going to be two days late because of someone’s laziness and unwillingness to help a customer. I am so furious right now. Shame.

Terrible service. Everybody tells you something different and nothing gets done. Supervisor and workers tell you anything to get you out the door and rarely actually accomplish. Inept in every way.

Great Service. Very Knowledgable. My Favorite post office. Clerks have been very helpful in helping me from passport issues to providing stamps.
