Delicious treats and coffee/tea options - great staff and reasonable prices too!!!

The staff (other than Sky) is rude. I go in and get my coffee and it was wrong so i asked them to remake it and they charged me for it. They give attitude and are not friendly. I work in customer service and this is disappointing to see

Iced chai latte with cinnamon. Don’t know if any of their other beverages are good, but this one is incredible. Worth swinging by to grab anytime you’re near. And the downtown is a beautiful place to walk and sip.

Great menu with lots of options. Delicious coffee and tea. Convenient location. Highly recommend!

I go here often as it’s near my house. I haven’t ever been disappointed with the quality or service- in fact, I am always left smiling and satisfied; not only are the coffee and food AMAZING (hard to find real espresso sometimes), but the staff are an absolute joy to be around! Do yourself a favor and pay Empire (in Bristol) a visit!
