POOR SANITATION. I walked in for a threading and the man behind the counter, was in the process of handling money from cashing out a previous customer. He told me to have a seat. I watched him immediately walk over to do the service. He never washed his hands. Of course, I wouldn't let him and walked out after telling him why. Given that they have multiple salons, it was surprising to me how UNSANITARY their practices are.

Honestly, very kind tech. However, it took so long to have them done, she kept having to make adjustments and I felt a lack of confidence. I also feel as though they came out thinner than I had ever had them. Very kind, but not what I wanted or expected....
Only place I'll go to get my eyebrows done. I highly suggest getting the monthly membership, its inexpensive and very worth the value. Plus it not only includes eyebrows, but your entire face.
