If you buy into their Fuel Points, then you can maximum get: At a time, $1.00 off each gallon of gas, on a maximum of 35 gallons-- which equals a max. $35.00 off gas. This is great, in Theory Only! Not Everyone can do this!!! That is why I can not give them 5 stars! Note: If you get more than the maximum points earned, then you have to go back a second time, and so forth and so on, and the same rules apply. The Only Way to get the best deal is for you to Actually buy the 35 gallons of gas! Again, Not Everyone can do that or afford it!! This point system is very confusing with problems at the pump while trying to use the points and we have even lost points in the past from these rules Not Clearly being explained to us, Or to others, as well. Kroger needs to get their act together and come up with a more, Everyone, People Friendly service. Otherwise, they are just cheating Everyone out of what could potentially be the best deal on gas in town. *Note: Currently their competitor, Costco Gasoline is beating them with Just their Everday gas Prices. **Note: if you do not have the Costco Membership card, then if you get a gift of the Costco Gift Card(s), then you can buy the Costco gas, too!
