Danny and his guys have always take AMAZING care of me and my needs. I have been going here for years and will continue to drive out to this location everytime. They always help me save money and always do what they can to get me upgrades! Thank you!
My husband got a phone from here the other day. They did not give the activation paperwork or anything. He did not create a pin, or answer any security questions, so now he can't get into anything or change plans because the guy just did whatever he wanted and didn't do his job correctly. He had the phone connected to the stores WiFi, and in my 6 years of using metro and start two different plans, they have NEVER put the phones on wifi, and I always got activation paperwork detailing my pin, my plan, any insurance, which he did not ask if my husband wanted, and any other add ons. He also spelled his first name wrong, which is insane because it's a SUPER common name. Super unprofessional. I'll never recommend this place, or go there myself.

I've been to many MetroPCS stores here in the Toledo area. This store on Main st. is by far the BEST one I've been to! Danny and Mario were so helpful in helping me choose the right phone for me. They give you an honest price and don't try to overcharge like some other stores do. I am very satisfied and I'll make sure to send all my friends and family there too!
