I've placed a few orders with them .For me I was very pleased with the product. Shipping times and price point as well as pay options. I would totally recommend CITYBOYZUSA. Also customer service team reached out to me personally on matters that needed more attention. Overall Great company and shopping experience.

Very unhappy and do not believe this is a legitimate company. I waited for over two weeks with no word or tracking info. Contacted customer service. Two days later they emailed me to say the vendor was out of stock and canceled the order, not their fault, blamed the pandemic blah blah blah. Canceled but couldn't tell me? Please. There are better prices and more reliable companies out there.

An absolute joke of a company! Don't waste your money. The owner, Steven, has a real attitude problem. I waited over a week for an item which never shipped. Completely illegitimate business.

Absolutely love this company. I've ordered from them twice and Shipping is was pretty quick. The second time I orderd i ordered some stuff that was in stock on the website but I received a text the following day saying that some items were currently not in and asked if I wanted to cancel the order which is wierd because normally you get some auto generated email when something has gone wrong with your order with anyone else. But not these guys. Steven let me know personally and then even called his distributor to see if they actually did have the items I ordered in stock. I was sent everything I orderd except for one item which they mistakenly replaced with a different item. All I had to do was send them an email saying I got the wrong thing and they apologized for it, told me to keep the item I didn't order and sent out the correct item. With this company there's no going back and forth waiting for days for some sort of response. I will be buying from them more often then anywhere else because of the amazing customer support
