Their employees are rude, they were busy eating and gossiping and got a attitude when I asked for the bathroom key. Also they say the bathrooms are out of order but neither one of them had a sign saying so, with it being so close to Christmas you would think since they are one of the only gas stations in that area they would at least have a sign on the door telling people the bathrooms are out of order.
What looks to be a great stop on your way anywhere has bathrooms that are out of order. These days with covid-19 bathrooms are like payphones good luck finding one! What a same no gas no food no shopping on to the next location with open restrooms
Shell is a reputable franchise that allows for a second chance to let us know that we are wanted... even though most of us would not understand this we do!!!. Thank toy5for allowing me to represent you because the woman at work also represented you well... keep the good work so we may be able to be st piece...
Poor service bathrooms were locked and they are not broken cashiers have an attitude never come here!!!!
Went into the store to get $15.00 worth of Gas, my card declined because I put in the incorrect passcode. So we ran the card and it was successful. When I checked my account I noticed that I was double charged. I don't blame the staff for this double charge, however when I inform them not one time did they try to help me they just gave me a number to call. When I called the number I never go the opportunity to talk to someone. The money has still yet to be returned to me. Poor Service and Awful customer services. I will never return to this location
