I had my address change from my PO Box to my address and it has benbeen 2 weeks and I called about it and the person that answer the phone said it was out of her control. I asked if that was her answer
Tried unsuccessfully a number of times to talk to a person on the phone from the local post office but could not. And that's the government way of social distancing....
This specific branch has lost several of my packages or hasn't delivered others and doesnt seem to care every time. I have had nothing but bad experiences with the Bryan office.
Our mail lady ( Carolyn ) is the best ever. Our carriers work in terrible conditions at times and I am thankful we have her.
Always had good experience with counter service at the main office, and our rural carrier, Jane, is a wonderful person and serves us very well. If U expect good service and are very grateful for it, it just comes automatically!
