I spent several months in a nursing home in Mayfield for rehab. The Mayfield-Graves County Ambulance was at least two hours late every time they transported me, and the ambulances had no working air conditioning. The last transport was so late that the doctor had already given up and left his office before we got there, thus requiring another trip that I paid an individual to help me with. Despite all of this, the billing department has been quick to want their payment. Like so many companies, the billing is the only part that works and is on time. If you need an ambulance in Graves County, your best bet is crawling to the hospital. It won't cost anything, and you'll get there much faster.
