American Winds is a great place to learn how to fly. I have nothing but good things to say about Denise and the staff. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and want to see you succeed. I had two great instructors, and the ground instructor Dave is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had!

Took my FAA part 107 test at American Winds Flight Academy today. Nice people there and an interesting place to browse around. Some things there about flying that I enjoyed. Learned they provide charter flight services and pilot training.

My husband and I went on a discovery flight around the Akron area. It was a great experience, the pilot was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend American Winds Flight Academy.
