I needed to book a plane trip and take my cat with me. Having never had to travel with an animal I called to see if they could help book my trip. The person I talked to acted like they had never heard of a person having to travel with an animal. After laughing at me, they attempted to take my info but at this point I knew with such an unprofessional attitude, they would be no help so I told them I would call someone else and hung up.nnIf you would like to book a trip with a caring professional business, do not use them.
