They made the permit process easy and quick. They helped me with the different nuances of their process and helped made out project a success.

The men who work here treat women who go in for a permit terribly! You can take what they give you to fill out and they throw it away. They throw papers at you and walk away. They are to busy to hand you a permit application that takes 15 min to fill out. They do not treat men like this, only women! They can say that what they want about this review however I know of 3 women, myself included, who have gone in here and all of us say the same thing about them and I get permits from all over this area, Stark County, Wayne County, Medina County and Summit County, NEVER have I met with such hatred toward women and NEVER have I accused anyone of hating women before! I have written to their boss who can care less. My advise, don't get a permit if your a woman. Better to take the chance than to feel the hatred they show you!
