Paula is a champ! If you have any issues, questions or concerns she is always super friendly and helpful! I've called down there and she's the one to deal with that's for sure! Give this lady a pat on the back !!

I gave this 1 star because the people are friendly, but I'm not getting results from friendliness. I'm waiting on a rebate for over $500 that was taken from my bank account automatically but 4th they have to snail mail a check to me! Doesn't make sense to me.

What a dumb operation, very low quality of brains, and a worthless administration who like to waste time but gives you no information about the water bill we receive. They make their own rules up and charge the people any amount they want with out telling anyone about rate increases!
