I had an intake appointment last week via phone and I just want to say thank you to Cheryl/Sheryl. She was very professional pleasant cheerful caring compassionate and personable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me the information I needed. Thank you again for making a difficult time in my life more positive.

You're going to need to to resend the documents in.nNow, make sure when you send this place any paperwork, that you document what you sent , and send it signature confirmation. This place lost countless packages containing my children's social security numbers and other sensitive information. Keep records of who you speak to, the dates and times, and what was stated to you. It became so bad, that I just started showing up in person to ensure that someone verified on the spot the paperwork they received. The inability of employees to peform their job is frustrating .
