The woman who answered my phone call today was very rude, interrupted me, and basically just shut me down and got off the phone. I don’t think people who don’t communicate well with others should work customer service, especially for the BMV. I expect to have a good experience simply because it’s the BMV, and I assume those working there can be nice and professional. I will avoid making that assumption again.

Best BMV I’ve ever been to. Every employee that I interacted with was polite & eager to help. I don’t think it’s fair to them though that they have to deal with so many people during this time! I heard a lot of people there for things that could be handled online! If it’s not something like a skills test or things that NEED immediate attention. It can wait!

The manager of this location is an inexperienced, rude, ignorant teenager that googles all the work he has to do and actually knows nothing. Stay away.
