Do not bring any clothing here that you are not willing to lose... I dropped off a few dry clean only items in March and received a call a few days later that they ruined one of my shirts and would gladly compensate me for the mistake. The lady asked how much the shirt was and when I purchased it. I told her it was a $535 shirt and she let me know someone would be in contact the next week to get details for a check to be made out accordingly. I asked if she would need a receipt she she assured me that would not be necessary and that they will take care of it.nA week went by and I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called in to find out that they would not be compensating me and pointed their fingers to the manufacture. With a quick google search of “can shirt decals be dry cleaned”, I found out fairly quickly that decals can not be dry cleaned so as a “professional dry cleaning service” why would you not reject all decals regardless of what the care tag states?nThis company’s tone completely changed when they found out it was not some cheap shirt that they ruined.... I have been reaching out to speak with a manager for 2+ weeks and can not get anyone to call me back. Highly unprofessional and I will be reporting you to the BBB.

The customer service representatives here are always pleasant and professional. Quick turn around are well. I'd recommend.

HORRIBLE experience!nWe’ve gone here for the longest time to get our comforters cleaned. The past time has made us never want to return.nOne of the comforters we took home wasn’t ours and was mixed up with some one else’s. I brought the comforter back and they told me they had located ours and would refund us for the confusion which was nice! They said they were also going to clean our comforter again before giving it back. Also nice! I was told it would be back Thursday of next week, I called before going back in to pick it up and it wasn’t in. I was told it wouldn’t be back until next Thursday (making it 2 weeks since we’ve had our comforter).nThe second problem is was with another comforter we sent in. The first time we took it home right away there was a problem. There was a sticky dark yellow stain all over the white comforter. We called and they said they would clean it again for free, so I dropped it off and it was back a week later. I asked for a refund and the woman refused to give me one and said it was considered a “do-over”. I don’t think that’s right at all. It was inconvenient for me to have to run all around to return the comforter for cleaning AGAIN thanks to them. I should get my money back for that! When we get the comforter home there is a HUGE hole in it and all of the filling in that area is gone. We call them and she says she will have her manager contact us. It’s been a week or so if not longer and we haven’t heard anything. Will not be doing business here again and don’t recommend you do either. Customer service is not a thing with them. It’s sad used to love this place but they went downhill fast.

I utilized their wash, dry & fold service recently and was a first-time customer. My clothes came back nice and clean with an expert-level fold. The price of this service is just slightly out of my budget, but they offer specials throughout the year which can make this more affordable. This will definitely be something I treat myself to when needed. I experienced great - I mean GREAT - customer service and will definitely be coming back!
