Stole my shirts and only gave me 2/10 of what I paid. The owner NEVER called to apologize for anything. Avoid this dump at all costs!!!

I called ahead to see what time I could drop clothing off to pick up by end of week. I was told 7:45pm. I get there at 7:42pm , the clerk is outside smoking but goes inside. Once inside she says sorry I already totaled out my drawer and cant take anymore orders. I explained I just called and the time is only 7:42pm. She again apologized and said the clock on the wall says 7:45pm. That maybe true but my concern is since she was outside smoking, she had to have totaled the drawer out earlier than 7:45pm. I am very disappointed and will follow up with the manager next day.

I dropped off drapes and a bedspread and was told it would be 7-10 working days by a very pleasant employee. It was 12. No big deal once I was assured not misplaced. I was treated with what appeared to be resentment and a nasty attitude by a short squat blond in her 50s when I picked up. The drapes came out nice the bedspread had a little wear and tear. Over all for the price not bad, if only something could be done about the employee. Lowered score for employee

Credit card machine never works .. phone number rings to a place in Cleveland.. clothes are sub par when you get them back.. the price is cheap but it’s a trade off that’s for sure .. get it together people your embarrassing yourselves
