The representative was here on time, did a wonderful job of cleaning our upholstery. He was professional during his visit, moved the furniture back in position for me, and you would never have guessed he had been here when he left. I would highly recommend this service!

Stanley Steemer (Akron location) always delivers and does an excellent job with my carpets. I have light colored carpet, so I have them come out every few months to clean my carpet. The annual contract (offered at some locations) is excellent to have if you are having your carpet cleaned often. Every technician that has come to my home are respectful, professional, explains/confirms the services offered, ways to keep the carpet cleaned and does excellent work. Scheduling appointments are easy and I can get whatever date/time that works for me, including ease of rescheduling. They also call you in advance to see if it is acceptable to come early and calls when they are on their way (on time). I will continue to use Stanley Steemer (Akron location). Thanks Stanley Steemer!

They were able to come the week that I called while a competitor wasn’t able to come for over a month. This crew arrived on time and immediately got to work setting up their equipment for air duct cleaning and was very careful not to damage anything in our home. They were friendly and professional. They also took the time to show me and my husband exactly what they did and explained certain tools they were using. It was all very interesting and nicely done.

I definitely recommend Allen and Jayden! You never know who are are getting and these guys are top notch. They cleaned the grout in my kitchen and it looks as good as it did 10yrs ago when it was installed. I ended up having them clean the carpet in my house and was very satisfied, but to be honest the value is in the grout cleaning. They spent 2-3X the amount of time in my kitchen as they did on my carpet and it looks amazing! Once everything dried, my grout lines looked like brand new!

I didn't get their names, but the 2 younger men that came to my house were so nice, friendly, and professional. They were quick but very thorough and did a great job. High recommend.
