If I could rate this store more than five stars I would! If you want to have the highest quality of service and leave with a smile on your face i I recommend going here. Not only did they work with me so I could get exactly what I was looking for but made me feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. From other places (like the store in wadsworth) I felt pushed towards a certain items and left feeling like I was being told stuff incorrectly (like price). However.. this Kay's in green was a dream come true. I never write reviews for stuff but this was too important not to post. To the whole team, I sincerely thank you!!!

Awesome service went in for watch band repair and salesman cleaned and polished my watch as well. Extremely friendly staff

Antwon is awesome here! Willing to do whatever it takes to get the ring to me for my proposal. When we found out corporate could not expedite the ring even further he offered to personally mail it to me in a different state in case it didn’t come in time. He was very patient throughout the entire process (I changed my mind multiple times).

Antwaun is hands down amazing and a complete life saver! I came in to have my fiancee's engagement ring cleaned before our wedding. While here we found out that the center stone was loose... They originally said it would take a week to fix (wedding is in 3 days), but that wouldn't work. Then Antwaun stepped in and said he would personally take care of it!A few hours later I got a call that said my ring was ready!! I can not say thank you enough to Antwaun! He went above and beyond for a customer! I couldn't be more satisfied with this store! I definitely will come here first for anything in the future!

Everyone there was extremely friendly, and personable. Hailee, the young woman that helped me, was very polite and helpful! I will definitely be back for any future shopping due to this awesome experience!
