Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. The banking manager made me feel worthless and as if I’m a criminal while trying to cash a check. She would not give me any answers or direct in the right direction or help me what so ever. There was a point when I asked a question, she got up and walked away.
Their atm will eat your debit card!
I met with the manager Bethany Duran worst manager talks down to you and so condescending the way she speaks to you, never banking here again literally because of her really bad experience.
Have been waiting over 30 min in drive up teller lane with long line of cars in both lanes. Absolutely ridiculous.
Just another business using COVID-19 as an excuse to understaff so that they have a line around the effing building on a Saturday with everybody waiting 45 minutes in the heat to deposit their meager paychecks.
