I’m not sure if I can post the name of the person who helped us yesterday and today. I will say this, he was very polite, listened to all of our questions, and was overall awesome at what he does. Your banks should have more people like him working for you!

I've been banking at this location for about 10 years and never had any issues till a few months ago. The employees here have always been friendly but recently they have been having major issues in their drive-thru, its not unusual to sit in line for 20 minutes. It does not matter what time or day you arrive, you will wait. Fix this issue US Bank and i will change my review to 5 stars

Employees are always friendly but on two recent trips I was forced to wait 10 minutes while the drive-thru teller sat idle. On a later trip to get a document notarized, only the office person could do this. Was told it would be a 5 minute wait but left after 30 minutes with no notarization.
