I am so glad I was able to get on their schedule. Very friendly and professional. The technician answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job! Thanks for being open during this chaos.
We had a fire and needed our couch, loveseat, and chair and 2 rugs cleaned they came and left within 30 mins for all of it and the furniture doesnt look clean and cost almost 300.00
We had Stanley steamer like the first part of Dec. The more I looked over my carpet there were big spots they didn't even do. They were here maybe 15 mi my carpets dont even look like they have been done.They were in lakeview

Wish I could give less than one star. Rudest cleaner ever. Showed up early then accused us of being late. Made us reschedule . Then was rude next day too!!!nCalled star carpet and they came , they cleaned, they were polite.nO by the way......lady at office was rude as heck for Stanley steamer too!! This is why there rating is so low
