This is a great company. I have two dogs who decided they could not hold it. I decided to call Stanley Steemer to get the stains out of my carpet and they were successful in doing so. They also put a deodorizer down after to make the whole room feel fresh. I had no reoccurring smells after the company left. Great Job Stanley Steemer, hopefully my dogs will be trained next time you are out at the house.

Stanley Steemer did a phenomenal job! The carpets look brand new. The scheduling of the job was very easy, and everyone we worked with had amazing customer service skills. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Great company, great staff! Highly recommend.

We always useStanley Steemer in our home and we couldn’t be happier. Each service person we’ve had come to our home has been professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. They always do a great job of cleaning and protecting the carpet while being thoughtful of our furniture. I also love that Stanley Steemer is 100% kid and pet friendly with the products — no harmful chemicals for our family.

My service ended before it started ...requested the snake camera to see the work they perform and got told they didn't have one in the truck they drove. So i requested that we do it another time when they have all the equipment. Needless to say the service guy told me i had to call back into the shop to set up a new time . But when i called the shop to exsplain i wanted to see my work the shop manager in FOSTORIA OHIO caught an attitude and asked me were his crewmen still at my home and when i told him they already left he hung up on me........I ALWAYS THOUGHT STANLEY STEAMER was world class I WON'T BE REACHING OUT TO THEM EVER AGAIN
