They continually close early and don't do their jobs. I had contacted them after a bad experience with the older lady working there.nnMy problem is I was belittled and basically insulted by her for accidently peeling off the wrong tabs on mail for delivery. If my experience was only the younger and nicer lady I would give them 4 stars. This is the worst post office I've ever used because the nicer ones mostly work on the weekends. For some reason they look down on customers who don't know everything about mail on week days. I sometimes drive to Southington just to deal with a nicer USPS and to ask questions without being insulted. Newton Falls seems to have discrimination against younger customers and they're very snoopy about your business. I've even been questioned about sending my tax return and told how inefficient it is to mail it. I had to explain that it needed information physically written in for a special case this time.nnAvoid this post office if at all possible. The manager keeps allowing this kind of treatment to their customers even after saying they spoke to the problematic employee. One day it said they were off at lunch on the door. Nope! Just turns out they were gone early for the day.
My mail carrier is always friendly and organized.
Amazon showed delivery was completed 3:26pm Saturday. Was not delivered physically. They must have scanned and given it to someone else, or scanned before leaving truck and it’s still there. Now I can’t complete custom paint job order so lost money, and I have to go through reporting business for using this service and charging me for not receiving it.
I dropped off my packages in the blue bin infront of the post office two days ago and it STILL isn't showing as scanned in for post office possession. Maybe they don't collect it for the times scheduled on the bin. Ridiculous.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have received bills and other important mail late, plus it’s quite annoying that the mail carrier honks his horn repeatedly. I’ve complained about the honking before because my boyfriend works third shift, but they still continue and then they don’t even bother leaving the package (even when it’s not something that needs to be signed for) and any time I’ve had to go into the post office they’re always very rude to me even when I have simple requests.
