It looks like nobody ever cleans or maintains the place
The emergency number goes straight to a voicemail my work clothes and jackets are locked in a washer for over an hour not filling with water just spinning again and again need my jacket s and work clothes and it's 16 degrees out shame on this place.
Poor customer service. When I called tge emergency number the gentleman was saying he only is there to lock and unlock the doors and didn't seem to want to be bothered by what was happening. It is not a very clean area. Had a big puddle of water on the floor. Broken and cracked windows that haven't been fixed. Broken and missing floor tiles. Half the washers and dryers are out of service.
If you can find one of the machines in this place not wearing a 2 year old sorry out of service tag on it you will find no comfort waiting on the grungiest chairs that deserve to be burned. The title floors in need of repair badly cause as a dangerous trip hazard. The only good thing about this place is the lighting, so you can see how absolutely disgusting this establishment is.
