Nice Clearance selection. Got some great deals.
They went above and beyond for me after a mix up on promotions. Staff was extremely nice and couldn't be more grateful.
I had a pair of boots that broke after only having them for two months. I did not have a receipt and the manager/worker that helped me on the phone was extremely rude. She said she could not help and that I should have kept my receipt. I even asked her if i could just exchange them and she said no beacuse they were only online. I did learn my lesson to keep receipts for at least 6 months. I guess I am member because Wooster was able to help me and they found my receipt! No to Lodi ud83dudc4e and yes for great customer service to Wooster!
