Ideal was amazing. They were extremely professional and did a phenomenal job! I liked that he asked us what areas were most important to us and really focused on making sure those areas were well taken care of! They were very respectful of our home and reasonable with their prices. My carpets and rugs are back to feeling brand new! I will absolutely be having them back again!
Absolutely AMAZING job on my carpet...and in only 90 minutes start to finish (from the time he pulled into my drive to pulling out of my drive!!). We had one medium room and a hall with a very difficult closet.nnI wish i had called sooner!!nnSo efficient and super economical! Highly recommend this company because the price was great, the cleaning efficiency was top notch, and every area was professionally done!nnThe stain removal was amazing. i wish you could see my before and after pictures!nnWe will absolutely call again!

We recently had new carpeting installed. Our dog got violently sick overnight which resulted in five massive spots stained with dark fluid. This was well beyond a spray bottle and paper towel clean up.nTyler went out of his way to work us in that evening. He was courtesly politenand professional. He did an impeccable job.
