I went there for a basic haircut. She cut it shorter than I wanted, it is not that even . One side is shorter than the other side. My back has a big spot that doesn't match with the rest of my hair. The hair dresser was having problems with my haircut and teacher would come out but not stay there to help her. I don't blame the hair dresser. But I do blame the teacher. The teacher just kept coming out talk to the hairdresser and then go back to the office to sit down. That is so poor learning experience for the hairdresser. I'm very disappointed with the whole thing. I have to go get my haircut again to get it fix. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Must admit the best service iv gotten here, called Discrimination. In an unlawful way. Hey. At least they got paid.

I love this place! The students do an excellent job with everything they do. There is always specials going on for each month on top of already extremely affordable pricing. They have hair skin and nail departments. I am always referring my friends to check them out.

This review is not about the quality of service of the students, but the school itself. My fiance had so many problems going to this school. Everything seemed fine for a little bit and seemed promising, but out of nowhere there was crazy turnover of not only staff, but faculty too. The constant turnover not only effected her satisfaction with the school, but her education as a whole. At one point, she had a new teacher every couple weeks to a month. They lost a lot of good teachers and staff due to their internal issues.nnThe majority of the girls who went to school dropped out from that school as the constant turnover was effecting their education and creating unnecessary stress. She recently had to get a form from the school to transfer to a college and all of the original staff and faculty when she was there just 3 months ago are no longer there.nnThe school upkeep is poor, as she would tell me that everyone from the other Raphael's branches would comment about how bad the school was kept.nnThere are major some really problems with this school that need addressed. If you are a potential student looking for a hair school to go to, this is not the one. Avoid it at all costs until they can get their stuff figured out.
