I started seriously running this past fall. After visiting a chain running store and being disappointed with the prices and the lack of knowledge of the employees, I decided to try a local shop instead. Heights Running Co. did not disappoint! Loved the selection of shoes as well as the unbeatable prices. Chase was able to offer a lot of advice and recommendations for what I was looking for, and was very knowledgeable and personable. I have since been back multiple times, and have received the same great service time and again.
Ron (i was told he is one of the managers) is a nightmare for customer service. I was sold a defective pair of running shoes (stitching was coming undone after only 1 run). Heights running company refused to exchange them for a pair that wasn't defective as they were 'used'. I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to Ron who told me the same. If covid doesn't put this running store out of business, their poor customer service will.
Great place! A real *running* store, and owner Ron Hayes knows his stuff. Excellent prices, too. Couldn't be more pleased.

This store is a hidden gem! Only place that carries the Brooks spikes my daughter wanted for Track. And at a fantastic price! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
