Joe is incredibly personable and really looks out for the customer. He actually recommended getting some padding replaced before getting the carpet cleaned even though that could have caused me to go elsewhere. He was more interested in making sure I was satisfied than him making money. I really appreciated that. Now our carpet looks and smells great again and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use A Kleener Image for any future carpet cleaning and recommend them to anyone I know.

Fantastic service! Joe came out to clean our two couches and great room carpet. Wow is all I can say. Our couches are 8 years old and with 3 kids and 2 dogs they have had their fair share of spills and dirt. They now look brand new! The carpet also looks brighter and the dog smell is gone. I highly recommend this company... Great work, excellent communication through out the process and a fair price. Thank you!!

Fabulous results. Carpet and furniture look like new. Have 2 large dogs and 2 cats so lots of dirt and fur shedding. They have an extra step in process - a deep extraction machine that pushes cleaning solution down to base of fibers for deeper thorough cleaning and it pulls out the animal hair and dirt from deep at base of fibers OMG the gobs of animal hair that my vacuum doesn't touch. Very professional and thorough, did not rush through job, fully explained process and products. Highly, highly recommend!!

Jason did a great job and was prompt and professional. My carpets and couch look brand new. He was very helpful with tips on how to get pet accidents out of the carpet. I would recommend this company over any other! I have used other “chain” companies before and have never really been satisfied. They rush through and are in and out so fast I often wondered how my carpet could possibly be clean. Jason took his time and did a thorough job! The pet odor is gone and my house smells so clean! I am very happy with the results!

Jason was extremely professional, thorough, personable, and courteous. He did a great job cleaning my sofas and I couldn’t be happier. He protected all my flooring and carpeting while he cleaned my upholstery and wore a mask the entire time. Scheduling was easy and I was sent updates regarding the arrival. I will be using this company again and have already recommended them to family. Some companies just do it right!
