Horrible Bank. My husband died somebody hacked my card I have been waiting since 22 January and still do not have a card on 12 February and they will not give me a card unless I pay $25 what kind of effing Bank is this! People do not use this Bank!!! I can’t even get my bank account to bury my husband because I have no card!!!

Worst bank ever. I was banking at the same location for 30+ years in Hinckley, Ohio (as Old Phoenix, then First Merit and now the dreaded Huntington. They closed my Branch and when I told them I would be taking my money elsewhere the teller told me she could care less and that it didn't effect her. She also said she would be moving to a branch closer to her home so it was good for her. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER APPRECIATION!!!!

I love the location being in the giant eagle is convenient. Most of the staff are very helpful. I don't like that since they took over Firts Merit they cut back on the hours they are open. It was nice to bank until 8 weeknights and them being open both Saturday and Sunday till 4 or 5 was great. Now weekend hours have been narrowed which makes it hard to get there. The management overall at the level above the actual branch really need to look at what they do and how it affects its customers. Constant change in personell at the branch is not a good thing. Bankers should be relationship builders.

This is the worst branch ever. I have direct deposit as well as using an app to direct deposit, but when I try to use an ATM at Giant eagle, it's out of order or out of money inside and outside. Forget ever trying to get cash on the weekends. I've never had such an issue with a bank except for Brunswick Giant Eagle. Why would they bother trying to have a bank branch in this grocery store, when they don't stock the ATM?
