Have had carpets cleaned and had awesome service...recommended Fords carpet business to several friends and family, all have been very happy CUSTOMERS!! Pricing seemed right and WILL RECOMMEND...also don't understand Guinea pig comment customer?...I'd say better late then never on some of the service calls you wait on! And sounds like carpet was well over worn to just needed replacement!

I would highly recommend Fords Carpet Cleaning . We have had several rooms cleaned and carpet laid on several occasions. They are always prompt , informative, and deliver excellent service . Their prices can’t be beat . I would recommend them to anyone .

Unfortunately I will not be recommending this business to anyone. We have just moved into a new house and the previous owners didn't clean their carpets at any point during the 8 years they lived here. My husband's mother can't visit because she reacts to the guinea pig smell and residue so we hired Ford's Carpet Cleaning Services to clean the carpets.nnOur appointment was set for 11:30 but the employee called me at 10:45, standing at my door, and wondering where I was. I was on my way home, but assumed I still had 45 minutes to get there. The employee said he was going to go to the next job and then return to ours afterwards, which I agreed to.nnThe employee did return around 11:45 to do our carpets. We had a big room (18x30) and a little room (7x10) for him to do. I had already removed all the furniture and rugs and vacuumed the carpet. He spent approximately 25 minutes on both rooms combined. He only went over each room once, and as quickly as he could possibly do it. He didn't give any extra attention to high traffic areas or obvious stains. He left the carpet sopping wet and there were big puddles of water on my hardwood kitchen floor.nnWhat's worse is that the carpet doesn't look or smell any cleaner. I can still smell the guinea pig, which means my husband's mother's allergies will flare up. The stains that were there before the cleaning are still there. The dark patches that should have been cleaned are still there. The carpets look as though they haven't been cleaned at all. There is absolutely no difference in the way the carpets were before.nnHe charged us $75 for nothing. I will not be recommending this company at all.

Great job cleaning carpets not sure what was wring with the guinea pig lady but it sounds like you bought a house that needed carpet replaced and wanted to blame your issue on a good company Firds has always done a good job and they even clean furniture would recommend them for sure
