I have been purchasing my shoes here for over twenty years. I do not know when the deal was discontinued since I have not purchased shoes in the last 14 months. They no longer have the buy a pair get the second pair half off. Staff were polite and friendly.
My shopping experience was okay today. There wasn’t much floor staff available but it looked like a truck had just come. At the register a young girl was checking out Nia was her name. Manager or supervisor Liz was also working the register seemed to be flustered about an issue over pricing. She proceeded to leave the register pull the sign and throw it down behind the counter. She seemed annoyed with Nia. Nia mistakenly told the customer she couldn’t have the price and Liz rudely told her no that’s wrong she does get that price. Overall I had the usually shoe carnival experience but I happened to notice poor management behavior this time! I don’t know either of them I just made a point to check their name tags. Please Shoe Carnival give better management training! Also bring BOGO back

The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were better than I found on @M@z0n. The only reason for 3 stars is that there is almost no selection of shoes in wide widths.
