I get high anxiety when purchasing cars. I have caught so many salesman lying and putting pressure on me. I drove from Lexington to Piles and Betty Morris was the one to help me. She was amazing. Very kind, no pressure. When I was talking over purchasing the car - Randy Mann (sales manager) was amazing. I knew they were not lying or trying to pressure me. I felt comfortable and at ease. I love my purchase and I don't feel like I was taking advantage of. I will always be looking for my cars there first!! HIGH RECOMMEND THEM - they are worth the drive!!!!
You guys waited for me during that traffic tie up. That was above and beyond considering the time you had to wait after closing time. Not once did you try to push anything on me unless you thought I would benefit from it. Like the interest rate from where I thought I was going to get a loan and what you offered. Yours was better. You all treated us like we've been friends for while now. That made it relaxed and simple. And to top it all off... I got a great truck at a great price. Thanks Guy & Susan
